Over the Bank Holiday weekend 3rd- 5th May Green Homes Sheffield is offering 7 more chances to visit Green Homes around Sheffield, in Sharrow, Greystones, Crookes, Millhouses, Crookesmoor and Hunters Bar. These homes are opening their doors for tours and will show off their eco-features to inspire you. Please come along to learn more from householders who have made their homes warmer, more affordable and greener.

Saturday 10 May: Composting Bonanza Day
10am-4pm Heeley City Farm, Richards Rd. S2 3DT
Heeley City Farm annual day of all things compost. Loads of advice from Compost Matt about how to successfully compost at home – the best types of composter bins to buy, where to site it, etc. Special one day offer – the first 30 attendees will get 5 bags of compost for £10. Saturday 10 May: Free Radicals fundraiser
The amazing Free Radicals are performing soul and funk classics in aid of ASSIST. They raised the roof last year, performing to over 100 people who danced the night away and donated over £1000! Join them as they entertain in aid of ASSIST and their excellent work with asylum seekers.
